Abstract
Lightning strikes are one of the main causes of power outages that can produce dangerous condition cause power supply disruptions which cause damage to electrical equipment. This study investigate backflash over uses the electricity system in Southern Sulawesi by considering the integration of 150kv substations of Sengkang LNG and one wind power plants. Because of the integration plan, therefore it is necessary to analyze the impact of lightning strikes. This research will be simulating lightning strikes by modeling and analyzing fluctuations during interference.

Abstract
One of several important aspects in the operation of the electric power system is the reliability of the electric power system. It is affected by the large capacity of the generating system. Two conditions are used to analyze the reliability of the system in this thesis, those are before and after integrated wind powerplants. In analyzing the reliability system at Southern Sulawesi, we use the LOLP and LOLE reliability indexes. It is expected that with the existence of wind powerplants, the reliability of the electric power system in Southern Sulawesi will be better.

Abstract
Smart sustainable concepts has taken in many formed now days depends on how we look the concepts whether you are a scientist, politician, engineering or even just a former people. Social Economic and Education background may took the important rules in how we look and interprets the concepts make smart sustainable become more comprehensively. Integrating all aspect of socio-economic and environmental as well as synchronizing program and activities both in rural villages and cities that are not sensitive to the needs, resources/potential, priorities for individual village or city is dispensable. Therefore, not only in a big cities, the concepts of smart sustainable village needs to be developed in the rural villages where the development of a village is one of supporting factors for the establishment of smart sustainable cities.

Abstract
This paper presents the voltage stability analysis assessment of the Southern Sulawesi power system in Indonesia for the year 2020, considering the load increase every year, the addition of new power plants as well as the large additional load of smelter industries in the Bantaeng Regency. The voltage stability method used in this paper is the modal analysis method. Modal analysis method uses the Jacobian reduction matrix resulting from the Newton-Raphson power flow analysis. Modal analysis produces eigenvalues for each load bus in the system. The bus with the smallest eigenvalue becomes the focus in determining the stability of the system. Then bus participation factor is determined to obtain the most influential bus to improve the stability. The results of this study confirms that by 2020, the Southern Sulawesi power system will be in a stable condition, with the smallest eigenvalue of 5.8 in bus Pare-Pare while bus Barru has the highest bus participation factor.
